Maria Berntsen is an industrial designer who has had her own practice since 1992. She finds her design inspiration in architecture, nature, fashion and current trends. Maria Berntsen has a special love of glass as a material with its visual lightness and its ability to capture and reflect light. Maria Berntsen is the woman responsible for Holmegaard’s One lamp and the successful Design with Light range which includes a number of lanterns with a distinctive leather strap – these lanterns are available in both transparent and frosted glass. The lanterns have been created as mobile light sources for use both indoors and out. Most recently, Maria Berntsen has given the classic chamber candlestick a makeover in a Design with Light version for the contemporary home.

Øivind Alexander Slaatto debuted as a designer was with the iconic speaker for Bang & Olufsen, the Beoplay A9.Øivind always tries to find simple, obvious yet poetic solutions – often with inspiration in the world of nature – and he works with Danish High End brands as Bang & Olufsen, Louis Poulsen Lighting and Le Klint. Øivind is cofounder of "danish design MAKERS" (DDM) a platform for young designers.For his work, he has received an IF Product Design Award, a CES "Best of Innovations Award" a "BoBedre Design of the Year 2012 Award" and a 1. prince in an Intell Design Contest, grants from The Danish Arts Foundation, Nationalbankens Jubilæumsfond and from the DANISH ART WORKSHOP.

Masayuki Kurokawa is architect, thinker. He was born into a family of architects, graduated from Waseda University in Architecture，and got the title “Ph. D of Art”, which is only one in Japanese history. Several of his works are collected in Museum of Modern art in New York, the Denver Art Museum and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. At UC Berkeley, Clark Kellogg teaches about design thinking and innovation practices in business. At the Haas School of Business, Clark teaches three classes: Problem Finding, Problem Solving (PFPS), Haas@Work Applied Innovation, and the undergraduate class, Design Thinking and Innovation. He was the Founding Director of the Cal Design Lab. Beyond teaching, Kellogg is the President of Kellogg Consulting, LLC – a team of highly-trained innovation and design thinking experts. He is also a partner in the innovation consultancy, Collective Invention, a social innovation consultancy. Finally, Clark is a practicing studio artist. In 2013, he completed a project to make a piece of art every day and post it to social media.
